Reeboks is on the hunt for a new retail store in the UK, after Target announced it was buying the sports apparel chain for £3.6bn.

Reebo also confirmed it was looking to move its flagship store in London, and that it would begin planning to open an outlet in Leeds.

The deal comes as retailers across the UK are also preparing for the arrival of Christmas shopping, and with the rise of the “Amazon Prime Day” this year, consumers are increasingly looking for deals.

Reebs deal with the new retailer will come as a huge boost to the UK’s retail sector.

The retailer has long had an established retail presence in the US, but its first UK store opened in London in December 2018.

It has also expanded into other countries around the world, opening outlets in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Switzerland.

As we noted last month, Reebos move to the US is part of a broader strategy to build up a strong presence in Europe, and as we reported, the chain has recently opened its first stores in Austria and Sweden.
