The Utah-based clothing retailer Lulules, which specializes in women’s and children’s apparel, said it sold its Salt Lake City outlet to an outlet-supplier for $3.7 million.

Lulules also said it plans to close its Salt Lakes store in the coming weeks.

In January, the retailer said it was selling its Salt River outlet to a retailer based in China, and the outlet-store sale was expected to close by the end of the month.

In a statement, Lulululemen said it continues to strive to create a sustainable business model that includes “high quality apparel, accessories and other value-added merchandise.”

The Utah-owned outlet store is part of a chain of five Lululu stores across the U.S.

The company said it hopes to open a new location in the Salt Lake area in the spring.
